Children's Daily Dose:
Mix the following quantities (1 level included scoop is approximately 5g) into water or fruit juice, or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner.

 Children 1-3 years: 2/3 scoop

Children 4-8 years: 1 scoop

Children 9-13 years: 2 scoops
