Directions for Use


Adults: 1-5 tablets per day or as directed by a health care practitioner.

Warnings


Contains zinc, which may be dangerous if taken in large amounts or for a long period of time.
Products containing xylitol may have a laxative effect or cause diarrhoea.
Zinc can only be of assistance if dietary intake is inadequate.

Precautions and contraindications:
Ongoing intake of more than 40 mg of zinc daily may interfere with copper absorption.

Adverse effects:
Zinc is generally well tolerated at doses below 40 mg daily in adults. Gastrointestinal disturbances may occur, especially at higher doses.

Pregnancy and lactation:
Zinc supplements are generally considered safe for use during pregnancy and lactation at normal therapeutic dose. Advise your doctor of any medicine you take during pregnancy, particularly in your first trimester.
