Agiolax contains an optimal balance of insoluble and soluble fibre, combined with a natural laxative (Senna) to provide relief from constipation and to help normalise bowel movements. Clinical studies show that Agiolax can relieve constipation and help support regular bowel movements.

Ispaghula husk, dry	.11 g
Senna alexandrina (Tinnevelly Senna) fruit extract	15 mg
equiv. fruit dry equiv. Sennosides	500 mg 15 mg

Adults: Take 1 rounded teaspoon (5g) in the evening, and if necessary before breakfast, followed by a glass of water.

Agiolax granules should be swallowed unchewed with a glass of water (approx 250ml) or mixed with any semi-liquid food, such as yoghurt. A bowel movement can be expected 12-24 hours after taking a dose.
