My name is Kiran Nagra, and I am the founder of Health Freek, a practising naturopath, and someone who has dedicated the last two decades to the health and wellness industry.

Health Freek was created from a simple belief: finding high-quality health products and trustworthy advice shouldn't be difficult.

Over the years, I've had the privilege of helping thousands of clients and customers navigate their health journeys through both clinical practice and retail health. That experience has taught me something incredibly important: there is no shortage of supplements in the world, but there is a shortage of genuine expertise, practical guidance and trusted recommendations.

That's ultimately why Health Freek exists.

My professional journey began in the United Kingdom, where I completed a Bachelor of Laws with Honours before embarking on a successful career within one of the world's largest international executive search firms. While I enjoyed the challenge and opportunities that came with the corporate world, natural health was never a newfound interest—it had been a lifelong passion. From a young age, I was fascinated by human biology, health, nutrition and the body's remarkable ability to heal and adapt. No matter where my career took me, that interest never left me. In many ways, naturopathy was not a career change at all, but a calling that I could no longer ignore. Eventually, I made the decision to follow that passion and dedicate myself fully to the study and practice of natural medicine.

Today, I continue to work with clients locally, nationally and internationally, helping people navigate a wide range of health concerns—from everyday wellness challenges through to some of the most complex cases seen in clinical practice.

Alongside my clinical work, I have spent nearly twenty years on the shop floor of the natural health industry, owning and operating a successful health food store while working directly with customers every day. This combination of clinical practice and retail experience has provided a unique perspective that very few practitioners possess.

Over the years, I have evaluated thousands of formulations, worked alongside leading supplement companies and spoken with countless individuals about their health concerns. That experience has taught me what genuinely delivers value and what often falls short.

This is why I approach products differently. I don't simply look at marketing claims or packaging. I look at formulations, ingredient quality, clinical relevance, practitioner feedback and real-world outcomes.

Health Freek is the culmination of everything I have learned throughout that journey.

My vision was to create a destination where customers could access not only the highest quality retail supplements, but also one of Australia's most comprehensive ranges of practitioner-grade products, all backed by genuine clinical knowledge and experience.

In addition to my clinical and retail work, I am honoured to sit on the tumour board for Integrative Cancer Care. While this represents only one aspect of my work, it reflects my commitment to continual learning and helping advance the field of integrative health.
